Hello, thank you for your message. Model: ZTE Open C OS version 1.3, Android 4.4 Problem: I touch the Marketplace-App-Icon on the screen an it opens a white page with an very little cross on the left upper side, nothin happens when touching this cross; exactly the same, when I try to open Marketplace via Internet Cell phone provider: smartmobil The problem is always, I was never able to open the Marketplace (its a new mobile...) I would be very happy, if you could help me!

Which country was your ZTE Open C purchased from?

It appears that this is an issue that you encountered since purchasing your device, is this correct?

It may be helpful to reset your device, restoring it back to factory settings.

Warning: Resetting your phone will delete all data stored on the device, including apps, calendar data, email accounts, and settings.

To reset the device, follow these instructions:

  1. Open the Settings App (small) Settings application.
  2. Tap on the Device Information button.
  3. Tap on the More Information button.
  4. Tap on the Reset phone button.
  5. Tap OK to reset your device.
