You need the master password to use your saved passwords. For security reasons, there isn't any way to recover it. (Well, hackers might have tools to extract it from your Firefox settings folder, but I am not familiar with them.)

If you aren't ready to flush all your saved passwords and start from scratch with a new master password, hmm, maybe you can try hypnosis or another memory aide of some kind?
