Hi,

I'm on the latest beta (33.0 Beta 3) and I have firefox crash a few times a day. That's fine but when the crash reporter appears it tries to send the report to mozilla but fails most of the time. But note that is does succeed occasionally. I know in 33.0 they updated the session restoration so not sure if that has any thing to do with it.

How can I send a report manually? Anybody seen this issue before?

In the address bar, type about:crashes. Note: If the report does not have BP in front of the numbers, click it and select Submit.

Hey could you send me the crash reports you do have. I'll look them over.

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
  2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste that into the "Post a Reply" box. (Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the ID's. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like)

I have 6GB of memory so I don't know why it indicates I have a memory issue. I have Windows 7 and it preloads apps into "Standby" memory but that memory is technically free. With the normal amount of tabs open in firefox I have 1979MB of standby memory and 995MB of free memory according to Resource monitor.

Thanks for the info.

I'll try your suggestions in the next week or two. I'm no real hurry to fix the issue, just wanted to know how to submit reports manually which you answered.
