Every single time that I try to print from Firefox or even try to save as a PDF, Firefox crashes. I can print just fine from all other browsers on my laptop, but I prefer to use Firefox. I have tried resetting Firefox to original settings, deleted all my add-ons, and even deleted Firefox (including profile) all to no avail. I tried to reset my printers, but "print_printer" did not show up in "about:config." Please help!

Hi braedyn, If print_printer did not show up, as it did not for me after a while, please add it back in. Its pretty easy open up the about:config page first. In order to change your Firefox Configuration please do the following steps :

  1. In the Location bar, type about:config and press Enter. The about:config "This might void your warranty!" warning page may appear.
  2. Click I'll be careful, I promise! to continue to the about:config page.
  3. Right click and click on New and select string, leave it empty. They right click and hit "reset"

I also noticed you do not have java installed, did it print when you did? How to allow Java on trusted sites

Hi, guigs2, and thank you for the reply. I tried to add a new string and leaving it empty, but couldn't find it after I hit "ok." Then I tried to name it, but it wanted a value for the string. Help?

I'm surprised I don't have Java installed, though I know when I updated my add-ons it said there were some security issues.

I'm attaching all the strings for print_printer. Weird that I just don't have that one...
