when I do as you suggested and follow the instructios and try to load it I get this message:

"Your SlingPlayer Web Plug-in may be disabled. Please enable the plug-in within your browser settings."

that is why i want to manually upload it.

Hey, let's not exaggerate, here I think we are all volunteers who help people, you're not on a commercial support. I am currently at work, on my break time, so don't be surprised if I don't answer immediatly.

ok, well I apologize to you, but now I am even more frustrated with Mozilla. They don't have a commercial support team and no way to actually speak with someone.

Yes we are, as you can know Mozilla is non-profit foundation and it's also a community of volunteers who give their time to it, so of course there's no commercial support. I think i'm not wrong by saying that.


So on the time I can devote yourself, I'm gonna look for a solution (sorry if that's not the good expression, i'm french).
