when I do as you suggested and follow the instructios and try to load it I get this message:
"Your SlingPlayer Web Plug-in may be disabled. Please enable the plug-in within your browser settings."

is anyone there to help?????????
omg. now mozilla is frustrating me. HELLLLLLLOOOOO??????
this is not a good example of customer service.
Hey, let's not exaggerate, here I think we are all volunteers who help people, you're not on a commercial support. I am currently at work, on my break time, so don't be surprised if I don't answer immediatly.
ok, well I apologize to you, but now I am even more frustrated with Mozilla. They don't have a commercial support team and no way to actually speak with someone.
So again, I apologize to you. I did not know this was volunteer.
Yes we are, as you can know Mozilla is non-profit foundation and it's also a community of volunteers who give their time to it, so of course there's no commercial support. I think i'm not wrong by saying that.
So on the time I can devote yourself, I'm gonna look for a solution (sorry if that's not the good expression, i'm french).

If that's not the good one, i mean on the time I can dedicate to you.

I found this link here i couldn't try it, in the company where I work, we have restricted access to websites.
Don't worry for this, I just wanted to let you know it.
I cannot get it to work. It should be a simple procedure but it is not working. thank you anyway
