Plugins with no updates are show as outdateds

Since its Adobe Acrobat, can you open up that application outside of Firefox and try checking for updates from there? I'm not on Windows so can't check where the exact option to do that is, but I believe that it is under the "Help" menu.

Don't happens notghing and, if I download the program again, it says that is updated.

If you want to know if a program up to date or not, go to the web site of the owner of the program.
