Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.
See Creating a profile:

If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over the problem

Windows Start Menu > Run

  • Type firefox.exe -p and Enter
  • It open the Firefox Profile Option

I tried that and it still resulted in only the crash report window. It would not open in safe mode either. It did finally work after I uninstalled Firefox, ran a Malwarebytes scan (found and quarantined malware), and then reinstalled Firefox.
