I have been trying to download your goal.com sidebar since the World Cup started, but nothing ever happens when I click on it. Not sure if this is a problem with my firefox browser or with your website.

Presumably you have already seen the article

If not then read that for instructions on how to set this up.

  • I am not sure if this is available in all countries, which country are you in ?
  • Can you find the sidebar icon ?
  • Does the sidbar open ok for you from the sidebar icon ?
  • What happens if you open goal.com in an ordinary tab does that work ?
  • Note I am in the uk and can get goal.com/en-gb
