In order to connect your device , you must have ADB installed. Kindly follow these instructions for solution. Hope it resolves your issue.

Hi saiganesh, Chandan is right. Please try to call the device with adb.exe. You can also enable "USB storage" from the settings menu. However please also keep in mind that on the Flame device in the developer menu for the device to be listed in the list of devices when you run from the commandline:

adb devices

ADB needs to be enabled from the developer menu. (it is under about device > more info)

Also, about-webapps is a page that you can connect your device to the browser to manage apps on the developer device.
