Firefox suddenly starts opening over 80 replications of itself on my browser.
After my browser has been running for awhile Firefox suddenly starts opening numerous copies of itself. I am forced to close them all out before continuing to work in the original one.

Version 188.8.131.5209 5.1.30214.0
You can rename (or delete) the mimeTypes.rdf file in the Firefox profile folder to reset all file actions.
You can use this button to go to the currently used Firefox profile folder:
- Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Show Folder (Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder)
