Decided to start using Firefox on my nexus 5 not long ago, downloaded it and immediately encountered a problem: the app was eating too much of my battery. Firefox came second in battery consumption (after screen) and drained around 20-25% of my battery. Interestingly, the same app works just fine on my galaxy note 10.1. What can be causing the problem on nexus 5?

Telementary data sent on the browsers can help improve the performance. There are also automated tests done to check performance of different platforms. If you are interested in providing a website example this could help create a bug.
