trying to register with a .eu domain mail address: no verification email sent!

I wanted to register for sync with an email address like This is a domain I own and I have quite a number of email addresses that are delivered correctly. I never got (I tried three times over the past week to register) a confirmation link email. Today I tried with an email address and the confirmation link email address was in my inbox after a minute. Of course I would like to use the eu damoin name email address. Any help is welcome. Thank you!

Hi Nobody 313, Thank you for your question. I understand that there are some issues with the domain you have set up with an email service. In order to make sure eu domains are working can you please file a bug with the cloud services team with the link below:

File a bug under the sync the component

You can enable the logs for this account and please attach them to the bug.

  1. Open about:config and turn on: services.sync.log.appender.file.logOnSuccess
and services.sync.log.logger.engine.bookmarks
  1. Restart Firefox and look at: about:sync-log
  2. Logs and error messages will be located here
