How to change firefox system language to English without having to uninstall and download it again

I have the Spanish version and do not function well making any changes in firefox because the browser language is in Spanish. I have found a few answers on the Internet but they do not work for me. If this is not possible, how difficult is it to uninstall and reinstall an English version? I am in Costa Rica.

If you want to change the browser interface language,

  1. From the following page, download the version of Firefox you want to install.
  2. Uninstall Firefox from the Windows Control Panel. DO NOT check the option to remove your Firefox personal data.
  3. Run the installer you downloaded earlier.
