Sync doesn't work
I installed the latest Firefox version and started my Sync account in two computers: a desktop and a notebook. Even though I didn't receive any error messages and they both appear as connected, nothing gets synchronized. Nothing happens, at all. I have looked at all the articles and troubleshooting pages, to no avail.

Please check a few things and report back so we can get you up and running:
- open up the account manager and make sure that the preferences are checked on both computers
- Check the interval of time that sync will take, I think it is 600 seconds
- open up about:sync-logs and see if there are any logs with errors.

Did you "upgrade" your Sync account for the new version of Sync that is in Firefox 29?
