It keeps saying I have the latest updated version, but I can't get it to work on pogo.com. I've tried going through the various instructions and troubleshooting info, but what it says to click on isn't available on my screen. Please help me.

I don't see the Java Platform plugin in your Installed Plug-ins list. Maybe you disabled or uninstalled Java? See this article for more help:
