By default, Hotmail and Outlook accounts will display emails limited to a certain time frame. To see all your emails, change the account setting to load all messages:
- Open the Email app, then tap the menu button
in the top left corner.
- Tap the account settings gear in the bottom left.
- Select the Hotmail or the Outlook account you want to change.
- Tap the menu under the Synchronize section and select All messages.
- Then hit .
- Open the Email app, then tap the menu button on the top left corner.
- Tap the account settings gear located at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the Hotmail or the Outlook account you want to change.
- Tap on the Days to sync choices and select .
- Tap to finish.
Note: If you have a lot of email, it may take a few minutes to synchronize it all.
