    The Microsoft Safety Scanner link has been updated and it now goes here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wdsi/products/scanner

    The user also reported (quote) Anti-Rootkit Utility - TDSSKiller goes here : https://support.kaspersky.com/viruses/disinfection/5350 and doesn't offer a download.

    That page does offer a download but you have to expand the "How to disinfect a compromised system" section to see it. I added this alternate TDSSKiller download page in case it helps.
