Something bad happened since collapsed sections were implemented. The content of this article now appears as this:

    1. Restart your computer

    2. Clear your cookies and cache For more information, see .

    3. Restart Firefox in Safe Mode

    4. Troubleshoot your plugins then start Firefox again. If the problem still happens, you can disable all of your plugins to see if one of them is the cause:

    5. Reinstall Firefox

    Other solutions

When sections 2 and 4 expanded, some of the content is mixed up (seems to be caused by content that follows a template).

I removed the TOC as a workaround. Related discussion: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/forums/knowledge-base-articles/711227#post-65075

I added back the TOC since the collapsible sections change was reverted.
