What makes this stale?

What exactly makes this article stale? I noticed that the steps "To change your blocklist" was slightly inaccurate. It says click privacy but that drop down does not lead to a button that says privacy. But that could be an easy fix. What is out of date about this article? Should we delete this article or rewrite it. I would be happy to rewrite the article. And if I did, would that make the article about Private Browsing up to date as well?

The Expiry date of Nov 3, 2015 should have been removed a number of revisions ago since I THINK it was for changes that needed to be made after Firefox 42 was released ... maybe this? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/tracking-protection-pbm/discuss/6334 [Nov 3, 2015] Replace Template:fxdesktopbeta with Template:update fx desktop

A new revision is needed to remove the Expiry date, which is at the bottom of the edit window, https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/tracking-protection-pbm/edit

I don't see much else that needs revision but you can check with Joni. The "To change your blocklist:" instructions seem OK. This is copied from the current instructions:

    1. Click the menu button new fx menu followed by [[Template:optionsorpreferences]].
    2. Click {menu Privacy} on the left.
    3. Click the {button Change Block List} button next to “Use Tracking Protection in Private Windows” and select the block list you want to use.

Maybe a screenshot would help? Here's one I just added to the Settings for privacy, browsing history and do-not-track article for fx43.

    Fx43PrivacyPanel

You could also replace "Click {menu Privacy} on the left." with "Select {menu Privacy} (on the left) to open the Privacy panel." to make it a bit clearer?
