Tracking protection in Firefox OS

This feature is coming to Firefox OS.

Tracking generally refers to the collection of a person’s browsing data across multiple sites. The Tracking Protection feature uses a list provided by Disconnect to identify and block trackers.

Turn Tracking Protection on

  1. Tap the Settings app.
  2. Scroll down to the Privacy & Security section and tap Browser Privacy.
  3. Tap the switch next to Tracking Protection to turn it on.
  4. Close the Settings app. You're ready to browse the Web.

Turn Tracking Protection off

  1. Tap the Settings app.
  2. Scroll down to the Privacy & Security section and tap Browser Privacy.
  3. Tap the switch next to Tracking Protection to turn it off.
  4. Close the Settings app.
