Showing the "refresh" button to non-Firefox users

Hey there,
We are currently showing the button to non-Firefox users and then some explanatory text for non-Firefox users. Maybe it would make more sense to show the part with the button to Firefox desktop users only and show the second part ("You will also find a Refresh button...) to all others?
