The collapsed sections feature is suspended at present. But it seems the ToC bug is still present.

Well, either way, I've decided this feature isn't ready, and am reverting it. The change to roll it back is in review right now.

There may well be other items with ToC recently removed

I will add a line of text to the top section warning extensions and extension data are removed, and make the removal list a sub heading. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings/compare?locale=en-US&to=95684&from=94180

We promote this with click buttons if Firefox is slow, updated or jut not used for a while. Far too many people click it and regret it. Naive Users this is designed for struggle with reverting profiles. (IIRC preserving extension links are the next improvement that will be welcome).

I won't self approve as some may see any warning as against Sumo's current policy of aggressively promoting the Reset or Refresh and so could be a controversial change.
