On the about:support page it seems the reset button does not appear if your using a profile that is not the default.

Soooo maybe there should be a note for those users? Or maybe we dont write things like that for advance users in the articles?

I was just trying out the article so i noticed.

This came up when the Reset Firefox feature first came out. It's an "edge" case that doesn't need to be documented. Related discussion and links to previous discussion threads is here:

(For the record) Starting in Firefox 49, a "Refresh Firefox" button now appears for non-default profiles on the about:support page and in the Safe Mode window. Related bug: Bug 1265368 - Stop restricting Firefox refresh to the selected/default profile (status-firefox49: --- → fixed)
