This How to article, "Reset Firefox – easily fix most problems" https://support.mozilla.org/kb/reset-firefox-easily-fix-most-problems/

.... redirects (not sure how) to "Reset Firefox -- easily fix most problems" https://support.mozilla.org/kb/reset-firefox-easy-fix-most-problems which is in the Administration category and its History is: May 13, 2014 12:31:46 AM Current MT jsavage test article only - no linux or sub 23 versions

The Administration category has three different "Reset Firefox" articles:

Reset Firefox - easily fix most problems https://support.mozilla.org/kb/reset-firefox-fix-most-problems Mar 17, 2014 2:48:56 PM Current MT jsavage Test article only (-Linux)

I also asked about this in the KB articles forum:

/forums/knowledge-base-articles/710522 [Attn: Admin] What's going on with the "Reset Firefox – easily fix most problems" article?

Yikes, thanks for catching this, Alice. I don't know why this redirect is happening, but I'll find out what's going on.

Background: we created three other versions of the "Reset..." article in the Admin category for a multivariate test. We wanted to see if the helpfulness rating changes significantly if we stop documenting anything older than Firefox version 23 or if we use only Windows and Mac screenshots. The results show that the ratings don't change.

Edit (3:25 PM PDT): I thought the problem might be caused by duplicate titles so I changed the title of the test article. That still didn't fix it. I'll get on top of this.

I talked to Kadir about this. The test is still running, which might be the reason for the redirect. Kadir will file a bug to stop the test. As soon as Ricky removes the code, we'll see if things get back to normal.

Will the test be completed before Firefox 32 is released? If it isn't and a new revision is needed, which article should be edited?

Ricky fixed it today, in the bug that Kadir filed:

P.S. Things are now back to normal (no more redirect).
