Blocking unneeded content

    Flash is now click-to-activate by default, so it no longer makes sense to suggest preventing automatic loading. Instead, I added a mention of Content blocking (one of the anti-tracking goals is now improving performance).

    If you agree, the same change shall be made to the CPU and RAM articles, too.

    Some people may have changed the default setting to "Always Activate" in which case setting it back to "Ask ..." makes sense but you're right, we should be linking to the Content blocking article. Can you make those changes to the other articles?
