A Firefox user recently posted a question in this forum, asking if the Firefox Private Browsing feature would protect him from "Keystroke Trackers". His question was answered on June 5, 2011 with the reply, "No. Firefox is not an anti-spyware software."

I then made another reply in the thread, to tell the user about the purpose of the article discussion forums and for him to ask future questions about Firefox features in the Support Forum, then I deleted the thread.

Afterwards I got to thinking, maybe we should add something to the warning at the top of the article, that Private Browsing does not protect you from keyloggers or other spyware that may be installed on your computer?

Ah - just realized this thread was here - I mistakenly told Ben545 to start this thread.
