Firefox 20 introduces per-window private browsing. This article was updated to account for that and new screenshots for all OSs were added. Notable changes:

    • There isn't a "How do I turn off Private Browsing?" section for Fx 20 since that no longer applies.
    • The note about Flash cookies was removed since it's outdated (no users on those old version of Flash + we block those old versions).
    • In Fx 20 you can open a link in a new private window - this was added.
    • The screencast was removed for Fx20 since it no longer makes sense. I'm working on a new version.
    • The instructions for permanent private browsing changed (now requires a restart). In updating this section I switched to using "never remember history" because it's easier. I didn't bother making that change for Fx19 and lower - the article performs great as is so there is no need to make people re-localize the old instructions.
