Here's a screenshot I made in Firefox 64 Nightly showing the new UI:

(I used the https://github.com/rhelmer/webext-experiment-crashme Crash Me Now! test WebExtension + Experimental API to crash Nightly)

The Nightly 64 UI has a View button for each crash report, instead of a Report ID link. Additionally, the button to remove all reports was renamed "Clear All" and the new UI no longer includes an empty Unsubmitted Crash Reports section if none exist, as shown here in Firefox 63 Beta:

In Firefox 64 Nightly, Unsubmitted Crash Reports now appear underneath Submitted Crash Reports, at the bottom of the about:crashes page. Each unsubmitted crash report has a [Submit] button. There's also a separate [Clear All] button for unsubmitted crash reports.

I was able to generate a list of unsubmitted crash reports by following steps 1-2 in Bug 1490061 Submitted crashes are cached in about:crashes until page is reloaded (quote) 1. Visit about:crashcontent to generate a content crash. Do not submit it. 2. Open about:crashes.

When I checked just now in Firefox 64 Beta, this is no longer the case. In 64 Beta, as well as in 65 Nightly, the Unsubmitted Crash Reports section is again at the top:

Next week is release week and Firefox 64 will be published on Tuesday, December 11th. <snip>
    • about:crashes has also been been slightly redesigned and makes it more obvious how to submit unsubmitted crashes. Even if a user accepts to send of a crash report to Mozilla on release builds only 10% of reports really get submitted, so me might need to specifically ask users to submit recent crashes before we're asking about particular crash IDs relating to their problem - bug 1476062
