Under the Troubleshooting section I added a new "Flash plugin not working" section based on the following:

If Firefox previously disabled Flash because it was an old, vulnerable version, you might need to manually re-enable it after updating. You can do that on the Add-ons page. Either:

       Ctrl+Shift+a
orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons

In the left column, click Plugins. Then look for Shockwave Flash toward the bottom and change its status from "Never Activate" to your choice of "Always Activate" or "Ask to Activate".

I approved my Dec 27, 2013 revision but I haven't marked it ready to localize.

I was thinking that since Firefox 28 is now in Beta we should mention for Windows 8 and Fx 28 that Flash (and other plugins) only work in desktop mode. I've added this article to the "Need changes" list.

Ref: /questions/985810 Testing "touch friendly" version of firefox - is flash supported? Can see Flash in desktop mode but not in Metro mode.

    Question:
In Metro mode it keeps asking to install Flash player.

hello daniellung, no the firefox for windows touch version doesn't support content that uses plugins to display currently. see bug 738600 for reference.
