The "Flash does not work properly and/or will not update" bit of the article seems more like a statement instead of provide help.

May I ask what suggestions you have to improve this, and what part you do not like. Flashplayer is an important but rather troublesome plugin. So if you think the article is confusing or ambiguous perhaps you can explain more.

    The heading

Flash does not work properly and/or will not update

Will be intended as a description of the symptom, i.e. what the user is seeing as a problem that needs solving. Other nearby headings may also be seen as statements. Statements of the problem.

Or is the content something you would like to change.
If Flash content does not work, acts strangely, or causes errors, or if you see a notice that you need to update Flash (e.g., at Mozilla's Plugin Check) even after installing the latest Flash version, uninstall and reinstall Flash.2

For example I can imagine some absolute novices may have a problem with the concept of inline links, but any such users would probably not be attempting to troubleshoot problems, or find KB articles anyway. Such a user would consult someone else, maybe whoever installed Firefox and Flashplayer for them.

It's the content part. I suggest it be changed, but changed to what is my question.
