Need revisions for Mac OS X , Firefox 14

    Need revisions for Mac OS X , Firefox 14:

    1. Add back instructions using the View -> Full Screen menu option for Firefox 14, which is needed for Mac OS X 10.6 as mentioned by michro here: https://support.mozilla.org/kb/how-make-firefox-and-websites-go-full-screen/discuss/2498 Mac Fx 14: Where is the Full Screen icon?
    2. New full-screen behavior in Firefox 14 on Mac OS X 10.7 Lion doesn't hide all toolbars, which came up here: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/932384 (the related bug report is Bug 740148 - [10.7] Allow hiding toolbars for presentations)
