The preferences for Safe Browsing are different in Firefox 48 , so the screenshots and some of the guidance will need to be updated.

    That changed in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=874408.

(For the record) Joni has a revision pending to the Security and passwords settings article to update it for Firefox 48. I added a link to this thread in the Related discussion: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/security-and-passwords-settings/discuss/6716 [Fx48] New security panel

Done. I don't known if it useful to write in a comment that "firefox is not an antivirus software" or something like that ...you known, because we are referred to "Block dangerous and deceptive content", "Block dangerous downloads" in case of misunderstand.

    thank you

Hi, do you mean in the "How do I use the Phishing and Malware Protection features?" section I updated for Fx48? I based my edit for the new Security panel settings for Firefox 48 on the description that Joni approved for the Security and passwords settings article.

I don't know if we need to mention that Firefox is not antivirus software or not. We don't anywhere else in this article. I added a "Needs change" entry for fx48 to review the article for any other needed changes.
