Many locales don't have a built-in dictionary, like en-US has. I think those locales should contain a bit different instructions. We have to add a commented version for L10N with sections in this order:

    1. Adding dictionaries
    2. Correcting misspelled words
    3. Switching dictionaries
    4. Disabling automatic spell-checking
    5. Removing a word you have accidentally added

    Do you agree?
