Improve for Thunderbird & other products and review links ("Frequently asked ... ")

    I am not sure if the discussion will continue there as important to the wider community, or asa new discussion in the KB forum. Whatever happens this article is likely to be changed so starting this thread.

    I would predict the separate fora will rapidly diverge. The Thunderbird section having different procedures and guidelines for

    Forum activity
    Escalation 
    &  Moderation
    
    

    The same will likely then happen with each new product added. I am sure it would have made more sense to try to agree all these for Firefox then have a working model and be able to modify that slightly for the new products.

    This is going to get messy complicated and lead to confusion.

  4. I renamed the "Frequently Asked" link to "Recently solved" based on the discussion in /forums/contributors/710145. I also updated the link for the new All Products forum (bug 984435)

    Approved, ready to localize, it is important because the current link redirect to Support Forum - one forum per product page.
