Want to enter a long list of coolies to block NOT one at a time. If I knew where they were stored I could probably do it but that information is missing.

See Block websites from storing site preferences or login status in Firefox.

In Firefox 6, there'll be the about:permissions page which is a kind of permission panel with a website manager. See How do I manage website preferences and permissions? in progress.
