The new browser.contentblocking.ui.enabled pref is set to false by default in 63 Beta. When the new Content Blocking UI is enabled, "Third Party Cookies" settings will be included, as shown in this screenshot for the latest 64Nightly:

EDIT: The Content Blocking UI was enabled in Firefox 63 Beta b14 and the What happened to Tracking Protection? article has been updated for fx63.

I set up a Needs change entry to review when Firefox 63 is released.

In Firefox 63, in addition to the Content Blocking settings for Third-Party Cookies shown above, the Cookies and Site Data section underneath it contains the same settings as shown in this article.

When the Cookies and Site Data setting "Block cookies and site data" is selected, the Content Blocking Third-Party Cookies box is automatically check-marked; when "Accept cookies and site data" is selected, the Third-Party Cookies box is cleared.

When the Cookies and Site Data setting "Block cookies and site data" is selected and either "Cookies from unvisited websites" or "All cookies (will cause websites to break)" is chosen, the Content Blocking Third-Party Cookies setting is checked but an alert message Your settings in Cookies and Site Data are preventing changes ... appears, along with a [Change Cookie Settings] button that takes you to the Cookies and Site Data section: Fx63Third-PartyCookies-Alert

I don't think we need to change this article since the current version seeks OK as-is. I'll remove the 'Needs change' entry.

I went ahead and edited this article for fx63 to use Content Blocking instructions, since they're easier. I'll wait awhile to mark this article ready to localize, in case another revision is needed.

P.S I included this image for fx63 (which I also added to the Content blocking article) showing the current settings: Image:Fx63menuContentBlocking
