    Hi Jaywood Thanks for this Followed the advice.. Switched the plugins off Now firefox crashes! At my wits end now.. trying to solve this problem for 2 weeks! Any additional help? Thanks a million

    This is not a good solution. Switching off crash protection makes the whole browser crash instead of just the plugin.
