I made some edits to the article, including an updated search summary, a note {for not fx57} and the optionspreferences template and approved the revision. I won't mark it ready to localize until Joni Savage gets a chance to review the article.

I also added a comment to the related bug report.

"My Accessibility indicator ..." section is {for win} only, according to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1392753#c10

For the "How do I disable Accessibility Services?" part of this article:

Sorry, my bad, ignore this post. I didn't see this article was for fx57 and above.

This article was also renamed today without notice. PLEASE always mention this in article threads, as there is no other way this is indicated and localizers may have trouble finding it.

There may be some nits required in the English copy (question mark, proper markup for feature etc,), but I don’t feel like editing en-US today (sorry).

    I applied some additional edits.

Questions: - Why isn’t "Firefox Accessibility Service" preceded by "the"? - What is "content hosted within Firefox, and could there be a better way to describe it?

From https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1392753#c10 David Bolter [:davidb] Comment 10 • 2017-09-22 20:18 EDT (quote) I caught this nit just now: users on Mac and Linux won't get instantiator info in about:support, so https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/accessibility-services#w_my-accessibility-services-indicator-is-visible-what-does-this-mean might confuse those users.

Joni's Nov 27, 2017 revision removed {for win} from the renamed "My Accessibility Service Indicator is visible, what should I do?" section. I checked in Firefox 57 on a Mac computer and there is no about:support "Accessibility Instantiator" entry. I think that the section should again be made {for win} but I'll leave that up to Joni (or others) since her Nov 27, 2017 revision comment was: updated article per the a11y team.

I made a new revision to make the "My Accessibility Service Indicator is visible, what should I do?" section {for win} but left it pending review.
