I'm stuck signing into VPN. My email address is shown when I click on VPN in the menu bar but there's no on/off toggle. I click Get Started, it says "Signed in Successfully! Next: Turn on VPN" — but there's no place to do this. It says "Go to the open panel" – what is an open panel? There's an x in a dark circle next to the VPN in the menu bar. It feels like a continuous loop and I'm getting nowhere – that I can tell.

I now do have the VPN button on my toolbar but when I click on "Turn On VPN" nothing happens. I am logged in in my Firefox profile through the VPN settings under Privacy and Security.

I am on Mac OS 15.7.7, Firefox 151.0.1.

Why am I not able to turn on the VPN?

The new Firefox built-in VPN, rolled out to Australia this week, is not redirecting to the chosen country location.

Despite selecting either US or UK in the country list, websites are still identifying me as located in Australia.

For example, despite VPN being on and US selected, cunard.com still redirects me to my home location of Australia (see https://www.cunard.com/en-au in address bar). Screenshot attached. Other websites similar.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue where the built-in Firefox VPN feature has completely disappeared from my browser interface. I cannot see the icon on the toolbar, and the feature is not active. Could you please clarify if this feature has been geo-restricted or temporarily disabled for certain regions, or if there is another hidden preference I need to modify to restore it? I read the article about having 50 GB of free VPN use after I updated Firefox today to version 149.0; however, I don't see anywhere where I can enable the VPN. I've checked in the "Customize Toolbar" section, and I still couldn't find anything. I don't understand, the article made it sound like I should have access, but I've also read that it's not out for everyone yet?

I live in Europe, where this stupid age verification law is in effect. I get around this by using a VPN. The problem is that I have two Firefox profiles set up with the same VPN and the same country. The issue occurs on X (formerly Twitter). On one profile, the VPN works as it should and I no longer need to verify my age, but on the other profile, the VPN has no effect and X (Twitter) asks me to verify my age. Yet the VPN is definitely enabled. I’ve cleared the cache and cookies, but nothing helps. It’s driving me crazy. Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be?

The new VPN feature is really wonderful. But I'll run through my 50gb practically overnight if I leave the feature on and all my YouTube traffic runs through it.

I would like a feature where I can whitelist (or blacklist?) certain websites. Then, my personal browsing on most websites would be protected even if YouTube could get its hooks into me.

Hello there, I just wanted to ask for any details regarding the new VPN feature. I seem to not have it (probably due to my region not being the US or the UK) and I was wondering, when can we expect it to be available to the rest of the world? How is it even free with this high limit? I know the feature is new and is probably still getting tested. But I would appreciate any and all info possible. Thank you!

ive been testing out the VPN to see what all it can do but the data never seems to go down, which....im not complaining about xD but i also dont wanna get stuck with a big bill. has anyone else experienced this?

I wanted to reactivate the integrated vpn. The help side says to do it from the Customize Toolbar side. But there is no symbol of the integrated vpn in the list there. (integrated vpn is available here, I got it on my other computer).

How can I reactivate it otherwise?
