No trust. Won't keep a browser that Google has to know everything. This is why I downloaded one. But search bar shows Google is there. I factory reset before cause of no trust. I'll do again if have too. I have asked for help on their helpline. Lied too, manipulated and scammed out of money.i had, passcodes, passwords, and fingerprints set up, and all info of accounts. Still, Google wouldn't give my accounts back that had money in, but would put an old account up. Sick of nosy, un trusted browsers!!

I downloaded Firefox. When I put in the search bar, Google is attached. To many loses due to no trust with it. I want a place, to feel safer. Cause I don't feel safe with google

when i try to change my mobile search engine to one that is not on the preset list, it says i have to enter a URL. i tried already, but it doesn't seem to work. the engine i'm trying to switch to is Qwant, which is popular in france and has really good privacy protections.

I dont mostly use mic icon to search and for this reason i have denied microphone access to Firefox app. But by chance i had to tap on search icon i pressed mic icon, and speech processing thing appears i thought this will appear but wont take any input. I said few words and it took and started processing. Though mic acces was disabled this happened.

This is a serious issue and need to be fixed asap!

For some reason for the last year I haven't been able to search anything relevant to what I'm looking for some how someone has me hacked and Firefox is the only browser I can get through to I've bought new phones at first it works then a couple days later the same things happens with the new phone that happened with the last phone. Please can someone help?

The sound input icon prevents me from typing the site name. I do not use voice input, much less use Google. The input field is small and it is not convenient to edit the name of the site where you are going to go and then voice input is distracting.

I need a default search string in order to add Firefox as a search option. Directions on the app advise how to add a search option, but a default search string is required and I haven't been able to figure out what use. https://firefox.com/search is the best I can guess. Any help for an old man is appreciated.
