I use Firefox Developer Edition and recently I noticed a problem when watching videos on any website in full screen mode. As can be seen on the attached image, there is a weird pixelated border around the video.

I've been trying to copy an email address someone emailed me. (I use Microsoft Outlook.)

However, when I try to select the email address, Outlook seems to know I've selected it and performs some action, taking me to a different page. VERY ANNOYING!

Sites shouldn't be able to know when you're selecting text - that has nothing to do with them! How do I disable this?

2 Night ago I was on my Facebook page tonight I can not get on it say Firefox did not connect. I don't understand why because I was on 2 night ago and all was good. Firefox says it not a secure site Please help me I would really appreciate. Thank you Penny

Hi, I have a firefox account and I want to login to submit an extension. I am always asked to "Enable two-step authentication", and there is no way to escape it. If I 'cancel setup', the login will be stopped. I do not want to enable that and I do not want to be forced to install any app and I do not want to install "authy desktop" .

I have used that account before, and have submitted some extensions already. I do not know why I have to use two-step authentication.

How could I login then?

Firefox 112 update will not download completely. It just keeps saying it is downloading but it does not complete. I can't access some websites now since I have been trying to download the update. Please help. Thanks.

Zoom.us renewed their DigiCert Global G2 TLS RSA SHA256 2020 CA1 certificate on 03/31/2023 and I now get a persistent error message (Error Code 6: ... certificate is not trusted.

Since then Zoom has not worked for me and their Artificial Intelligence says to open my browser and check my internet connection, time settings, updates, reinstall everything etc. - the usual responses ...

Zoom responds with "Error code: 6" and/or "Error code: 100068000"

 but do not stipulate whether these are Zoom Error codes or certificate error codes.

The Artificial Intelligence insinuation is that FireFox is not trusting this certificate.

Is this something FireFox can help me with? Perhaps, how to make this certificate "trusted"?

The little image shown will appear and float on the left bottom of pages I open including secure pages that require me to log in to enter. That little stick man I consider a security threat and have tried to get rid of it to no avail.

The picture I captured of it was when it was on blue background. If on white background, just the circle with the stick man in it.

How can I delete it?

The web page, for my bank, won`t open. I have been using their web page, for a number of years. When I go to the web page, and try to login, all I get is a screen, with a circle, that keep circling, as if it were buffering, and never gets to the login page. Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome seem to work, but not Firefox. My bank is Security Bank Of Kansas City. https://secure.securitybankkc.com/login

When I go to recent bookmarks list in firefox and select one, firefox is vectored off to paydaydeals.com I have right click the bookmark and looked at the bookmark details and they look fine. I have check add-ons and extensions none are listed as installed. How is firefox being vectored off to this site? See screen shots. I have scanned with Malwarebytes latest version and Eset online scanner no bugs found.

How can I fix this?

Not sure if this is the best place to ask, but when I try to take a document from one place and try to insert it into another document, hitting Crtl-A, Ctrl-C or -X to cut it from Doc 1 then hitting Ctrl-V and pasting it into Doc 2 wipes out the margin setting arrows so I can't change the margins to match Doc 2. And my attempts to get around that screw up the formatting of the document. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I recently moved from a Firefox fork that supports Classic Theme Restorer to one that doesn't. Sigh. It was however a relief to discover that I could make most of the same UI changes myself with a bit of effort. The only major customization remaining is a traditional "page loading" animation in the right corner of the address bar, preferably a swirly or moving dots animation and not the hourglass or ping-pong dots. How is this do-able with current builds? Thanks.

Hi. I want to sync with my work pc (it used to work just fine but when I synced to a newer third pc- successfully- it just stopped). When i try to sign in on the work pc it asks me for the primary password which it then FAILS to recognise to allow me to proceed! What's going on? I can't even log onto sites with saved passwords anymore. Any help appreciated.

I am using DuckDuckGo with Firefox because I do not like auto suggestions filling up the search bar while I type. It's so annoying. I have ensured that Settings do not have auto complete in any way, but still they come. The only solution I can find on this website, which is Stop Auto Search in Firefox

There is a preference to change that back, but it does take a bit of work to find it because of the unusual name: (1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button accepting the risk. (2) In the search box in the page, type or paste handoff and pause while the list is filtered (3) Double-click the browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.improvesearch.handoffToAwesomebar preference to switch the value from true to false Success?

Hello, I have downloaded Firefox installer but I couldn't install it. It's giving issue that you need to start over but when i start over again it gives the same issue. I have some pending work to do on my blog so I nee to install it ASAP. How can i fix it? Please help me. Thanks
