I run the current Firefox version under Windows 11 Pro on a Dell Inspiron 15 3530 laptop, Lately, I've been having problems with my bookmarks:

• First, I found that I had somehow lost a large number of bookmark tags; it took me several days to restore them,
• Next, I found that I had lost a bunch of bookmark subfolders; the bookmarks (for the most part) are still listed under their tags.
• When I try searching for tags in Bookmarks Manager, the search yield no results
• When I try to restore my bookmarks from a previous date, I get an "unable to process file" message.
• When I try to open the profile folder through the debugging information page, I get a "file not found" message. After some searching, I found the profile folder not at "C:\Users\croge\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\7csymh5k.default-release", but at "C:\Users\croge\AppData\Local\Packages\Mozilla.Firefox_n80bbvh6b1yt2\LocalCache\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles", Something seems to have gone haywire--did I miss something, or is there an error somewhere?

New computer upgrade from MS10 to MS 11 365. I lost all bookmarks for internet locations. How do I retrieve them? Where is the new bookmark access icon on the Firefox home screen?

Suite à la mise à jour de Firefox avec l'arrivée des nouveaux profils, j'ai perdu tout ce que j'avais enregistré sur ma session : tous mes mots de passe, mes marque-pages ainsi que les données de mon compte. Impossible de les retrouver ou de récupérer les données de mon compte initial. Je ne comprends pas ce qu'il s'est passé et surtout, j'aimerais savoir comment faire pour récupérer mes mots de passes et marques pages qui ont disparus ??

OBJECT : Le système de marque-pages et d’historique n’est pas opérationnel, car l’un des fichiers de Firefox est en cours d’utilisation par une autre application. Certains logiciels de sécurité peuvent provoquer ce problème

I would like to have a solution to reactivate all the bookmarks in the personal bar.

I have got a mac book Yesterday i could not open my usual firebox on my pc and i had to dowload a news one but i cannot have my former bookmark could you help my

I use the Firefox browser.

While online, as I pressed a letter , Firefox closed, and its icon on the Taskbar disappeared.

After finding a Mozilla support page, and updating the browser, I found that all of my Bookmarks had disappeared.

And even worse. I tapped the 3 bars in the upper right corner to go to > Settings > Privacy Security > Saved Passwords. All of my Passwords were eliminated too. This is disastorous.

Help, I'm 71 years old.

3 times now, my account has completely reset, forcing me to log into everything again and not working with the key that I copy and pasted and downloaded. I would like my old data back. Why does this keep happening?

Ich habe versehentlich ein Passwort in dem Passwortordner gelöscht und benötige diese Passwort aber wieder. Wie komme ich an das Passwort wieder heran.

A couple of updates ago, I received the message that some of my bookmarks will not be available. So I ran through the trouble shooting FAQs and I ran into a problem. When I go into Manage Bookmarks and it brings up my now empty library, when I select Import/Backup then Restore, it will not show me any files to restore from. Additionally, I used Fx File Utilities and it show the corrupt entry that I cannot remove, but allows me to export the json file to an html file so I can import it, but once again, when I select Import from HTML, it shows me no available files to restore from. Lastly, I imported the html file in to Chrome and then tried the option to import from another browser, but again, it will not allow me to select anything.

I have confirmed the integrity of the db as instructed, etc. So I have run out of options. How can I get my 15+ years of bookmarks back?

i'v change my browser many hears ago for things like good addons,extension n like this reasons.. (sorryfor my poor english but i hope tht will be understandable.) but between some of them,more important was that opera 2times or maybe more ithink when outo update.or maybe 1time for i closed accidentally my tabs and all goen and hadnt any way for...

mozilla was good but idonno why this time all goen just by one click after i opened and clicked on download.or update button,that topright of screen pops EVERYTIME.wue!well,idk wht but w.o any clicks..miss clicks or whtevr,all tabs are remains but with out adressz or able to open.just nothing happening,like empty,umm,blank tabs.

i have all ma tabs bookmarks cuz it was important to me.bu idk how to open back all of them.ther are many and iv see many tabs in my history,but i wants last opened of a site,not all times i openes and many duplicates,not last time and not a click for all..
