I keep getting Mozilla Firefox Pop Up Windows stating my System is infected via

nvtyk.magmaartisan.top.

I have run windows defender and avg anti-virus software to check my computer which cannot find a problem.

I have also tried to find where this is being called from within Firefox settings and windows services.

How do I get rid of this, am I infected and what can happen?

When I open Firefox, the wrong town name is always there with temperature. Can't Firefox remember my town name? I'm getting a little upset that so simple a problem can't be fixed automatically. Sincerely Bob

I seem to not be able to access the website for my local oil company https://fegleyoil.com/ even though I have been able to do so multiple times over the past few years. I have checked every Firefox setting but am still unable to load their site to order oil. I have successfully been able to load their site not only on my smartphone but also on my work PC. I need to know how to fix this. Please advise and many thanks in advance for any assistance. BTW, it also doesn't load on my home PC in Firefox, Edge or Chrome but again loads just fine on my phone and work PC and my home PC VPN is turned off when I try to access this site and I have it added to my Firefox exceptions to be allowed.

Lately, every time I turn on my computer, Google comes up as my browser. I believe that Avast, for which I have a paid subscription, is responsible for this hijacking. I have never used Google as a browser, nor do I wish to. I have to constantly maneuver to use Firefox. I am not omputer savy, so I need help.

1. How can I prevent this? 2. Is there a Federal Agency to complain to? 3. Is Firefox aware of this?

When I export the data I get three date/time fields with numbers in exponential notation that will not covert to a date in MS Excel, e.g., "1.50931E+12" What am I doing wrong?

Today, out of the blue, my email screen adjusted itself to be very, very tiny. I almost need a magnifier to read it! I cannot find how to put it back to normal!

I recently switched from another browser to Firefox, and overall, I'm enjoying it. However, there's one thing that bothers me, and I'm not sure if it's a Firefox setting specific to my laptop (Mac), but every time I try to copy text from files stored on my laptop and paste them into online editors in Firefox (Like Google Docs), the text is automatically formatted when I paste it (Cmd +P). With other browsers, this feature works as expected, preserving the formatting of the text, but in Firefox, it doesn't. I've tried disabling Enhanced Tracking Protection, but nothing seems to work. Could anyone give me a hand with that?

When I want to do a google search, it will only do an amazon search. So if I am asking a tax question, it brings up amazon products to buy. I can't search anything. Very frustrated.

I was using PC and a window popped up saying "allow Firefox to make changes" and I clicked allow! Shortly thereafter my PC froze and I had to power it down. Now Firefox looks completely different and all my bookmarks and links to everything is gone. Also all my saved email logins and information!

I've created 22 themes and in all of them the drop down menus such as "downloads", "history", "extensions", and "application menu", all became white instead of dark like they used to be. I really don't want to go through the process of fixing and reuploading them, I'd apprecate you looking into this and hopefully fixing it with a simple update. Please fix this problem, thank you!

Firefox is running x 8 in my task manager at the moment. Why does it keep multiplying and slowing down my computer? I am almost ready to uninstall Firefox. If I merely need to revert to an earlier version of Firefox, please let me know how to do that. Thank you. Shannon

Firefox displays text in a garbled, unreadable fashion. HP desktop, 64-bit Windows. This is why I stopped using FireFox years ago; I wanted to see if it had improved. Is there a solution? See attached PAINT file of screen image.

Hello, I've got a reproduction issue on France TV live programs which I watch through nordvpn. The picture keeps "jumping" fast up and down in a very bothering way. This doesn't happen when the video is NOT live. I run the latest version of LINUX MINT. What can I do to fix it? The only way I found to stop the issue is to take down the resolution of the live video to its minimum which gives me a disastrous picture but stops the "jumping". I guess you might say there is something wrong with my GPU. The point is that my PC is brand new with an AMD 5600G, new MB, 16Gb of RAM and 500w of PSU. BUT more than anything I have to say that everything WORKS FINE with CHROME. I like FIREFOX I have been using it literally for decades now. (I'm 75). Is there a solution? I have never maximized a Firefox window and I never will. After the latest update, all new windows, whether they are opened from another page via right-click or directly from the toolbar icon, open in a maximized view. I do not want this. Is there a way to prevent your program from inserting itself directly on top of everything else I'm working on? Have I accidentally changed a setting I cannot find again? I'd like to know if I need to find a new browser.

my electronic health record is freezing using Firefox on 2 different computers in 2 different locations. Internet speed 45 mbps at 1 location and 900 mbps at another. Able to use it on chrome.

I would like to make Firefox the default browser on my iMac but for some reason it refuses to load my home page on Facebook. I can get to the general Facebook page and login and see the news feed but when I try to go directly to my wall or home page, it gives me the message "This page isn't available right now. This may be because of a technical error that we're working to get fixed. Try reloading this page." I have tried clearing the cache to no avail. Anyone else have this issue or a possible solution?
