Firefox has been used to open PDFs. Suddenly, all the PDFs appear as totally black. If I hover over the tab for that PDF, it shows the little representation as normal white background. This just happened. Don't know how to correct for this.

I've seen cites that prove that Mozilla's latest policy updates (thanks for no notice) are now positioning Firefox to sell our data for both ad targeting and AI training purposes. I oppose both, and have no use for Firefox if it joins those already disrespecting and monetizing user privacy in those regards. How do I a) ensure I'm getting the plain language notices of further policy updates, and b) register my dismay with Firefox for this betrayal? While you're coming up with an answer, I'll be discontinuing my monthly support for the Mozilla Foundation. I have HAD IT with the greed people ruining everything.

Hello, Sorry to disturb but its been two days and I am unable to access my Google accounts (work and private) through Firefox in anyway. I have done all the basic fixes I can think of but with no success. I have deleted caches, checked plug ins, rebooted Firefox went through the trouble shooting mode, followed advice in the community forum, tried logging in from Google linked accounts. Spoke to our internal IT support at work but nothing has solved the issue as yet, spoke to Google support.

My assumption is that it has to be the browser as I am able to log into google with another browser but Firefox is my preferred browser and would like to use it again as such.

Please advise.

Good morning, after today's FF update - right click dropdown menus are terrible! Nothing works for me... Opening new windows, new tabs, adding to bookmarks, copying, pasting, etc... How can I turn it off because I can't use it. I need to have a menu like in version 133.0.3. If I can't change it, I will have to change the browser because I can't use it! On the newest firefox update on Windows PC My PDF reading has been not displaying PDFs correctly on Firefox I tested on other PDF views and they work as normal (All images are normally white with black text PDFs) Sometimes it displays nothing at all (as seen in Image 1) Some pages will display correctly but the rest won't (as seen in Image 2) Some pages will display text but strangely (as seen in Image 3) It does flash white sometimes while scrolling but it still doesn't show text

I have used Firefox for longer than I care to remember and have never had any problem with it but this morning I switched on my PC and a new AI side bar has appeard on the left and I don't want it. Can you please make it so we can remove it and looking around the internet, I know I'm not the only one with this opinion.

i'm on windows. Suddenly, PDF files that I open have black pages. I checked that the default setting is to open pdf files in Firefox, as always. refreshing doesnt work. Any ideas what is wrong?

I can't upload videos to YouTube via Firefox. Uploading progress stays on 0%. Using the Edge browser videos upload normally. It has always worked with Firefox previously.

How to change home page and new tab to desired URL or any extension of Firefox desktop in 2025?

I am unable to find any way to change how my new tab should look when I click + sign or new tab is opened up on browser opening or re-opening unlike Chrome.

I hate the change of position of typing from the search bar on the current new tab to the URL bar (unseen or unheard in Chrome) that Firefox implemented without considering users who would detest it.

I use Firefox desktop for buying and selling on eBay. Lately when trying to buy items on eBay I can not view pictures on some items. The other problem is the buy this item button does not work. Some times this also happens when on mobile. Firefox is up to date. I believe this is all part of pushing everyone to use chrome or edge by websites. First started using Seamonkey and now Firefox. I prefer not to use either one ) chrome, edge) browsers. Why would eBay want to limit people to buy products on eBay? Any suggestions to fix this problem?

With reference to my question just posted, also now when I click on my Firefox browser, the Yahoo search engine seems to take over and it won't let me come out of it. Mark

Dear folks , Every time I click on Firefox for web search , Fragilepottery.com comes up , I simply cannot find a way to delete Fragilepottery , should I uninstall Firefox and install Firefox again ?
