Apple Magic Mouse 2 Swipe to Back with one finger gesture is not working. Any idea if its disabled somewhere in FF settings?

FF Version: 87.0 (64-bit) MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2016) with macOS Mojave

If I have more than one tab open and I close the last one, the entire screen teardrops into the dock. And I just got it out of the Mac shop! I have to click on the image, down on the bottom right dock, to get it back!

I'm using firefox sync with an own sync server.

Since a few weeks the synchronization of tabs doesn't work right. I use five devices. On my Macbook, the iPhone and the iPad mini I can see and reach the tab-sync of these three devices.

On another iPad and an Linux-PC, wich I added at last, I can see the tab-sync of all five devices.

How can I force the first three devices to sync the tabs of all five devices? I did alread several steps of testing and trying, like manual synchronization or remove and adding again all devices to the account.

i'm having a problem navigating inside some of the websites on Firefox for Mac. Either the page is grey, and I can't navigate the page or I can't scroll down the page. It's not doing it on evry websites but it's become really annoying.

I tried to go into Preferences and in the privacy to see if there was somthing there, but the privacy setting is set to standard and I don't see anything there that can prevent what's happening.

tabs not working:

Click on the tab but nothing comes up. the audio for you tube is playing but can not access it.

Click on the firefox I con and the tab buttons appear but click on them nothing happens. thanks

When I search my bookmarks with *, instead of my bookmarks showing on top and selected, always "Search with DuckDuckGo" on top and selected. I want to write my bookmark keyword and tap Enter to reach the website. Is this possible?

Morning, got a question for you: since i surf on mozilla on mac (expecially on youtube with full screen video mode active) can't get any system notifications (as messages, incoming calls, etc), the "do not disturb" icon appears on the menu bar. Least but no last, one of my mozilla extensions is you tube enhancer, shall i change any options there? Please help me to fix this annoying issue. Thanks

When using an online ttrpg (FoundryVTT), large images will not load. The error message from the site is as follows: "You are using a Scene background texture with dimensions 8392px by 5672px. One or both of these dimensions exceeds the maximum texture size of 8192px supported by your device."

The issue only appears on Firefox - I can view the image in Chrome ):

This is on a 2020 MacBook Pro, M1 chip, running Big Sur 11.1

Why do I see several detectportal.firefox.com running under http connections? Isn't it only for portals like wifi free access sites? see enclosed about:networking

On my flickr account I am using a know username and password that other photographers are also using. Seems people who are using a windows base computer and MacPro Laptop users PRE, BOFORE using the Big Sur OS update are not having any issues. I can see their pictures, where I get an invalid password error. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If there are several applications with their own web interface (web server on different ports) on a host (same IP address), the same favicon is always displayed in the bookmarks for all applications.

Example: On one computer there are several applications with their own web interfaces such as home automation, media server, network management, etc. The applications are addressed via different ports (https://mydomain.com:xxx). The correct associated favicons are always displayed in the corresponding browser tabs.

But when bookmarks are created for these applications, they all get the same favicon.

I can't see any regularity which favicon is chosen. At first I thought it was always the favicon of the application running on port 80. However, I have also managed other favicons depending on the order in which I created the bookmarks. But in the end all bookmarks always have the same favicon, because the favicons also change later after the bookmark originally had the right favicon :-(

While I appreciate the recent improvements to the Firefox Print interface and features, there are still lingering formatting issues that have existed for a very long time. The most common issue is that portions of content get cut off between pages. Here is one example:

In the print preview (left side), printed page or saved PDF there are missing parts of text: - beginning of page 4 cuts off from "SHARE PLATES" to half-way through the first item's description. - top of page 8 (under "NOLA CLASSICS") one of the 6 items is missing entirely.

This issue remains even when using different scale factors.

Tested on current software: - Firefox 86.0.1 (new profile) - macOS 10.12 -through- 10.15

I am writing a program that requires me to detect when a shift key is pressed and do something. Something like

window.addEventListener('keydown', event => console.log(event), false); // expect to see an event logged to console when pushing the "shift" key

This works great on all browsers except Firefox. "alt" and "fn" keys are also not able to be detected on Firefox. Is there some sort of advanced security settings I can disable to let me capture these things?

In Firefox on desktop Mac:

After a search, then clicking on a search result from the list of options, the selected link always opens as a half screen instead of the normal full screen I've always had in the past. I then have to manually spread the half screen result out to full screen.

Clicking on any bookmarked link, they still all open normal full screen.

Don't have the problem in Safari but I prefer using Firefox.

This problem suddenly came up after many years of normal 'full screen' Firefox operation.

How can I make these search results open as a (normal) full screen in Firefox - like they always used to do?

Not very computer savvy if someone can give me 'Firefox for Dummies' assistance.

Hi comunity.

I'm trying to use the Firefox ADMX GPO files wtih a Windows 2012 R2 domain controller. The GPO's are applied on my test system. I checked it with gpresult. But no rule are affected on Firefox. If I use "about:policies" the message is:

"Der Dienst für Unternehmensrichtlinien ist inaktiv." (The service for company guidelines is inactive.)

Version 78.9.0esr (64-Bit)

What is my mistake?
