I can no longer access my administrative account with the schedule website Punchpass. I was logged in and actively working on the website a few days ago and all of a sudden I got a "Tab crash reporter" notification and I can no longer access the website in Firefox. I have no problems with the website in Safari. Firefox says it is up to date. I am working on an older MacBook Pro, which is running OS X El Capitan 10.11.6 and I do sometimes have problems because of this. Is there a way to fix the problem? The support people with Punchpass were unable to offer an advice other than making sure Firefox is up to date. Attached is a screenshot of the error message.

I'm not sure I understand how bookmarks work in Firefox. So I have an account and was logged in on a previous computer. That computer died, so I don't have files to import/restore. So does this mean all my bookmarks are gone because Firefox sync doesn't actually sync anything to my log in?

Hi, I've migrated my MacBook Air in a fresh 2020 version. I've installed Firefox 81.0 and everything works fine but...

I CANNOT ACCESS LINKEDIN sites!

I've tried deleting cache, cookie and so on but it looks like the connection is hanging up somewhere.

Other browsers on the same machine just work beatifully!

Any suggestions?
