Help please

When I use Google search in FireFox, I am always switched to yahoo search. I can't use Google search now. I have no this problem when using Safari. How can I solve this issue? Thank you in advance. Ming

When Firefox opens a PDF it diplays the popup menu asking how to open the doc. The "Do this automatically..." box is checked, however EVERY time a PDF is opened the same popup displays as if that box wasn't check (and shows that it's checked each time it pops up).

Additionally, when checking the Applications setting, it shows that PDFs should open with macOS default application (which is Adobe Acrobat).

It is SO annoying getting the same popup with every opened PDF. Please help!

I cannot use dictation on my Microsoft WORD program or my email (netaddress.com or gmail) accounts. The WORD program tells me it cannot access the microphone and I need to grant permission to my server (Firefox is my default) to allow it to access the dictation process. Thank you.

Only one page does not load, otherwise Firefox is working ok. It is for my web-based email, Mail.com. I get a banner that says 'Upgrade to Firefox Quantum,' which seems to be designed around Mail.com. I do not want this at all. I am using Firefox 82 for Mac. I've taken off the Enhanced Tracking for the mail.com site. They have written me three times with suggestions, all of which I've followed, e.g., clearing cache and cookies. Their site only loads partially. Thank you for any help you may have!

Attached is an image of what I'm seeing. I've tried looking into fixes, like changing the security level in "security.sandbox.content.level" and it just changes the boxes to numbers and symbols (second attachment).

Web searches have drawn a blank on this topic. After installing Firefox, I thought it would automatically import my saved passwords. Now I find it probably never will, or can. has anyone found a simple method please?

I have been having trouble with Firefox not letting me log out of facebook or go to other pages within facebook. Can you please help? it's been happening for a few weeks after new software downloads, trying to sign out. AND it doesn't do that when I open up my FB in Safari. I don't want to redirect all my browser away from firefox, but will have no option unless I can get this fixed, as we use the FB app for our ministry alot, and firefox will not let me go to the page or group.

I never have a blank line in my Firefox address bar. It always says the same thing which I have to delete before I get a blank space in which to enter the web site I want to go to. It says "Mozz-extension://06f90284.... etc What must I do to get rid of this and have only a blank line in which to enter my web address

Is there any way to set a preference for system print dialog box to open as a default, rather than Firefox's print dialog box?? (86.0 Firefox Release February 23, 2021)

I have looked thought the preferences and have not been able to find it (if there is one)

Also I get emails on my i phone but not on this computer?

I am no techy and am quite ill but need to type my replies and print out from my emails.

I can't get Firefox to store bookmarks on my Mac since I installed Monterey 12.0.1. I managed to find some instructions on your trouble shooting page but they do NOT work. Hate to give you guys up, but unless y'all can help me fix this, I'll be moving on.

I had used Firefox's (Ff) suggested password for a popular site, saved the suggested password via Ff, and safely and frequently revisited the site.

Yet when I returned to the site today, the Ff saved password was 100's of characters long! This is not my password - what happened?

I contacted the site directly and they suggested talking with Ff as they believe the issue is on my end.

Since that time I changed the password, did not saved it via Ff, and when I return to the site still find the 100's of character password retained.

Ideas?

Hi, I can’t get aircanada.com login page to load with Firefox 98 on either iPadOS or windows 11. I can load login page on Firefox 97.0.1 on windows 10.
