I notice how my App Tabs load all at once, like regular tabs do. This for me is bad, because my internet isn't that fast, and sometimes can go even slower. So when I have many sites loading at once, it slows everything down, or even makes them fail to load. So my question is: is there a way to make these tabs load one by one, instead of all at once?

Today, I downloaded Firefox 5 and the WiseStamp extension has stopped inserting my signature into Google emails. Additionally, the WiseStamp button at the top of the email page is no longer there.

There was no problem running WiseStamp when I was using Firefox 4. The WiseStamp has not been disabled in my Firefox extension list.

Installation instructions in FAQ are no longer current at Adobe's download site. Downloaded correct version of Flash and ran install program. Program knew it was installing in FF and asked that I shut off FF. Did so and program ran, saying install completed, but plugin does not appear in list and cannot run speedtest.net, which asks for v.10 of Flash.

if i type a URL into the address bar i.e. google.com and press enter firefox wont start loading the page, i have to go manually click the green arrow, it worked before in 4.0 or whatever the previous version was

I just installed Firefox 5. Unfortunately, F-Secure's "Application Control" now repeatedly pops up "Changed Application" messages in an endless string. It will not accept my attempts to "Allow" the new version of Firefox. Since Firefox 5 is not compatible with F-Secure, I must return to my previous version of Firefox. I am very disappointed that you have put me to all this trouble. How do I delete Firefox 5 and return to the previous version of Firefox?

I had this problem with Firefox 4.x -- and I just upgraded to FF5, but the issue still exists.

What happens is, when I've surfed to more than one page (or site) on a tab, then want to go back, I find that my Back button history often has multiple versions of the most recent page loaded, so that when I press the Back button once, it does nothing. Instead, I have to hold the button to display all of that tab's recent history, in order to return to the page that immediately preceded the current page.

Could this be an issue with a plugin, that's loading the page multiple times, or something? It's certainly an annoyance.

I use LJlogin so many times throughout the day that it is necessary that I have this plugin. I updated when firefox asked me to update and now I can't find a place to download the old Firefox so I can still use this plugin. I am on a Mac OSX v 10.5.8

I was unable to view Comcast videos, only, using IE 9, and a Comcast tech came out to my home to troubleshoot the problem. He could not resolve the issue within IE9 and I am operating from a Lenovo Laptop model type R500. The tech suggested that I use Mozilla Fire Fox for several reasons: 1) Fire Fox provides better security; and 2) it fixed the problem of me not being able to view Comcast videos, which I can not view in Fire Fox but not IE. I can most videos in both browsers, just now Comcast videos in IE. I have used IE for many, many years and have important websites stored in my IE "favorites" feature, but when I transferred usage to Fire Fox only my Bookmarks imported and not my "Favorites." How can I get my "Favorites" easily imported into Fire Fox?

I recently installed an Update and received a message that my PDF Plug In for Firefox would be disabled, but that when the Update had been installed the Plug in would be enabled. This has not happened. I am running Firefox 5 on Mac OSX (10.6)

By comparison, Control-F did work in the IE browser. At least that's what happened to me on the other laptop, on some forums. Just now i tried it on gardenweb, and it functioned OK.

But for a fact, it sometimes glitches. The proof is, that I'd tried Control-F in Forum XYZ, in Firfox, and it failed to work. Then immediately opened IE, and tried Control-F in Forum XYZ, and it worked perfectly.

Each time i post something, prior to Preview, i try pasting the text within my textbox to clipboard, because i learned from past experience that failing to do so puts me at risk of losing everything i typed.

When I use Control-Home & Control-End in I.E. and then drag mouse to hilite the text within the box, it functions perfectly.

On the other hand, when doing so in Firefox, the mouse sloppily rolls BEYOND THE PARAMETERS of the textbox.

That's very unruly & stressful.

I should add, that within this box i'm typing into right now, Firefox scrolling is working OK, but it glitches in other textboxes, such as on forums.

I've just upgraded Firefox from 4.0.1 to 5. Now when I start Firefox, the following error message appears:

JavaScript Application TypeError: Components.classes[cid] is undefined

When I click the OK button, Firefox loads. It looks normal, and seems to behave normally. I have Java Version 6 Update 26 installed (Windows XP), which is the latest version.

Seems to be a Firefox problem, as I didn't have it before with the same version of Java installed. Is there a Firefox setting that needs to be changed, or is it maybe a Firefox bug?

Google chrome has a feature, i log in with my google account, i click synchronize and it automaticly synchronizes all of my bookmarks, history, downloads info, themes, plugins and everything else on a new computer running google chrome every time i log in with my google account, they have an option even that if someone knows my google account password, it requires another password to unlock the sync proccess, as a suplimentary protection. Is there a buil it feature or plugin for firefox 5 that could help me do that on other computers, i have a Nokia N78 and it doesn't run firefox on it, i do have however a laptop computer, a desktop computer for home use and severeal PC's at work that I would like to sync them between each other with firefox.

The instructions state:

Right-click on the tab you want to turn into an App Tab and select Pin as App Tab from the menu.

But when I right-click, the resulting menu does not have that option. Is it possible that one of my add-ons or plug-ins is disabling it?

I have a screenshot but I cannot see a way to add it from this form.
