To preface, I'll probably die using Firefox but there are some things that are so annoying that it does. Browsing history being one of them. I swear the browser history UI is stuck in 2003. The way it sorts your browsing history and displays them doesn't make any $!@#ing sense. Chrome's history view is 1000x better and it follows common sense. Chromes will show you the day and time you visited a site in chronological order and it will preserve that. Firefox shows it in a half assed way, it won't tell you the time you visited the site and in some views it will just move that site around in your history when you click on it which is so annoying.

Firefox by default needs to have a nofrills history tab that opens up instead of a sidebar, in that history tab it should display your chronological order of sites you've just visited with the time and date. That should be preserved.

Anyone else feel this pain?

Is there an open Mozilla feedback item about overhauling the history UI? It seems way over due.

Twitter/X does not display, only an error message that says Twitter/X does not work with Firefox' advanced tracking (or similar). Requesting someone at Firefox and someone at Twitter/X get together and fix this so these two entities play nice with each other. Thank you in advance.

Today, as a change, when I open a webpage from the bookmarks toolbar, the new page does not include the toolbar - to get to the toolbar, I have to open a new tab or restart - is there a way to fix this in Settings?

I deleted all the shortcuts from Firefox desktop browser's homepage and now I cannot add them back.

There are no blank shortcut icons on the page anymore. No setting to enable them. Shortcuts are enabled. Page is mostly blank, only has Firefox icon.

I tried to close and open Firefox as well as disabling and enabling the shortcut setting. Adding more rows did not do anything.

Before this issue occurred, I had one shortcut on the page that was linking to localhost. I opened the edit window to the shortcut and pasted the same address and saved changes. After that I removed the shortcut. All of the blank tiles immediately got removed from page and I had no way of adding more shortcuts.

Each time I click a particular icon, it goes to a page to set up an account for that website. But I already have an account there. How can I change the icon to go to my account instead of the setup page?

My wife's Firefox was triggered from an e-mail link and in the process got updated to release 141.0 The result is that the tabs from the previous verion have not loaded. Can I still recover them?

Our main site http://wlo418.tripod.com/worldlibertarianorder/ and the many others with the same domain, when clicked upon, get a Bad Gateway error page in Firefox, but not with any other browsers. Do you have a server problem? Please fix this at your earliest convenience. We are not interested in comments by anyone's "community". Roy C Peterson

In May 2025 all browsers should have removed the default styling for the h1 element when it is nested in a sectioning element (article, aside, nav, section). I went into Firefox Dev Editions user-agent style sheet and noticed that the styling for nested h1 elements is still the same. I'm wondering why that is the case, since I was under the impression that all the major browsers had completed make the necessary adjustments at the end of May 2025.
